Dave, Carl & Brandon provided excellent startup service. We were quite concerned about this unit -- we had no idea how long it had been since it was last in service, and if it was working, let alone dangerous! First Dave came and inspected the outside. Then a few days later, Carl & Brandon fully inspected inside and out, performed the tank installation, and got the unit up and running. The attitude of all was courteous, professional, and informative. All concerns were allayed. Extra kudos to the friendly and courteous office staff as well, who fielded questions before and after. Excellent experience all around!

The serviceman called to let me know that he was on his way and arrived 20 minutes later. He did multiple tests on the unit and took the time to explain everything he was doing and the reason for it. Unfortunately an easy fix to a valve or coupler won't fix the unit and we may need to have the whole thing replaced.

Leahy's Fuel has serviced and filled our propane tank since I bought the house in 2002. The propane tank fuels our gas stove top. I have never run out of propane in 14 years and their prices seem fair.

We use Leahy for propane deliveries and servicing our gas fireplace. Their deliveries are timely. However, their prices seem a bit high, so we will be shopping around. | |Second - Service calls. For the most part they have been good. Very timely. The service men were good with only one exception. The one exception was that the service man was slow, didn't seem to know what he was doing, and didn't clean-up well. This was a couple of years ago though and all recent service has been good. The prices seem fair. | |Lastly, Overall Leahy does not seem to care about attentive customer service. A couple of times we have reached out to them about expanding our services with no response or follow-up. Plus, as mentioned, their prices seem a bit high for propane delivery. Hence why we will be taking our business elsewhere with better luck, hopefully.

Leahy was very responsive to my request to fill the propane tank which had been used during the recent storm.

WIth Leahy's, it went very smoothly. I was able to schedule a timely appointment, Mike the service man was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained everthing to me. Showed me where there was a wire that was not connected, changed the filters, went through the whole system and it was up and working perfectly!

They have good service, the only negative is that they deliver when they want even if you don't want delivery. Their prices are competitive.

Everything was excellent. They returned calls, arrived on time, followed through on their commitments, and cleaned up well after the job.
