Landmark Air Systems

They were the lowest priced but in retrospect I know why. They cut corners and I have had to hire another company to come in, open up the wall and fix what they had done. On top of that I called them a half dozen times, sent them text messages and emails, and they never responded.

Lesson... you get what you pay for! They were the cheapest and we believed their sales pitch. They did perform their work on time. I tried to reach them for service a number of times but they would never respond. I finally contacted another company for service who came in and explained to us that Landmark had cut corners by removing the installation on the duct work to snake it through the walls. This in turned caused condensation and leaking. This forced us to remove walls and ceiling to rectify the problem.

Very good company, easy to work with. Creative in terms of their design and what we needed.  Took them about a week to complete the work. 

I will reserve final comment when the installation is fully completed. Landmarks' owner gave us an estimated install time of "about a week." The job is about 85% completed and has dragged on for many months. This is due to the fact that workers seldom actually come over. The owners avoid our calls and and then give us dates that they never confirm. A bright spot is the actual technician who does the bulk of the work. He seems careful and thoughtful about how he sets things up and we have confidence that he's doing a good job. If you decide to use this company, you should stipulate specific time lines in the contract with penalties for missing those marks. The fact that I am posting in review now, rather than when the job is completed, is a reflection of our frustration with the unresponsiveness this company.

Eventually we had to trash their system and redo it completely. Their advice was worthless, as well as their service. 
Engage them at your risk. Make sure they place ductwork and do a proper system. 
They were the worst contracting experience we EVER had.

Service was excellent!!  Landmark responded to our call inquiring about installing c/a immediately.  A thorough evaluation of our home was done and options were discussed. We have a contemporary style home with no basement or attic so for years we thought central a/c was not an option.  Landmark walked us through exactly how it would be installed in our loft space and crawl space.  The job was done exactly has described with no surprises.  The crew showed up EVERY DAY ON TIME!!!  The job was completed within 3 or 4 days as promised.  The system has been working beautifully all summer and I would spend the money again in a heartbeat using Landmark.  Highly, highly recommend this company.
