Nilo and his crew were very professional, prompt and efficient. They completed the painting of three rooms plus the entryway and stairwells in two days as promised. They were respectful of furniture and other belongings and cleaned everything up and put all back at the end of the job.

Nilo and team at Kingship were amazing! They were fast, reliable and made sure everything was cleaned up after each day. Our house looks Incredible! They were able to start our house within a day or two of receiving the quote which was really appreciated! They worked tirelessly through a heat wave, and were here on time everyday until the house was finished. It came out beautiful! Thank you Nilo and Team - you literally saved my hubby’s life - no more ladders for him! I would highly recommend this group - they were a Godsend! Thank you Kingship Construction!!!

I had to tell them to come back when it was warmer, when he was telling me to open my windows so they could paint them when it was in the 30s outside. They painted all windows shut. The sanding was too deep/coarse and they sanded too much wood away from window sills, and sanding marks are still visible through the paint. I was getting quotes for another job while they were painting and they were very rude to the other contractors, just kind of sleezy.

After the original painter we hired fell through (turns out he wasn't licensed or insured), we were in a bind to paint our entire condo before moving in. We were on a tight schedule. We contacted Kingship via HomeAdvisor on Sunday night. Nilo called within minutes and was at the condo the next morning to provide an estimate, which was reasonable and his crew could start the next day. Painting was completed as promised - high quality excellent work with excellent communication. We were able to move in on time thanks to Nilo going out of his way to provide prompt, excellent, and efficient service. Highly recommend!

Kingship was trustworthy, professional, thorough, hardworking, and they completed the work in a timely fashion. I asked them to do something additional at the last minute and they were able to do that as well. Very pleased; will hire them again. I had my front porch and steps repaired and painted - immaculate. Gutters cleaned. They also powerwashed a side deck, replaced a support column in back. And all support columns in back were painted.

Kingship Construction exceeded our expectations. We needed work done on a small bedroom, They responded quickly, gave us a quote, then started the job within days. They sheetrocked all walls, ceiling, taped, sanded, primed, installed two replacement windows, and all trim , then painted all the walls and trim.. They completed everything in three days. The room looks gorgeous and we are very happy with the company and the team of skilled workers. We will use them again for work needed in the future. Highly recommend this company.

They came out gave me an estimate when and started the work immediately as my original contractor was not able to meet my deadline. What a wonderful job on my home! Kingship was by far one of the best companies I have ever used and I've hired many. Their price for the work, including many extras came in the same as those who were only painting. Our work included installing new baseboard and trim, lots of plastering and repair. For additional work, I'm hiring Kingship again.
