Examples of their workmanship include leaving smeared flooring adhesive all over new raw pine planks, installing “custom” vent covers that can’t be removed and don’t lay flush with the floor, flooring over old vent holes without patching subfloor, cobbling together pieces of old baseboards instead of installing new (per the contract), and leaving unfeathered patches and large patches of subfloor in kitchen because they assumed our appliances would cover them. In response to these concerns, the contractors were combative, hateful bullies and refused to take any accountability for their exceedingly disrespectful and slothful work in our home.

Could not have been more pleased with the work. Dining room and front hall area had glue from tiles on floor. Crew arrived when scheduled and continued to arrive when scheduled. Asked for and quot;dustlessand quot; sanding and was more than pleased with the process - NO DUST AT ALL!! Had a minor problem that was quickly solved and am more than pleased with the outcome and professionalism of owners and employees. Highly recommend.

IT WAS GREAT. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. WE CALLED THEM TO GET AN ESTIMATE. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT, AND WITHIN THE WEEK THEY CAME OUT AND FINISHED THE FLOOR IN A VERY NEAT MANNER.
