Patrick McCann and his friend or person claiming to be his partner James contracted to do the above work. Every single thing they did was done improperly to the point where it needed to be removed and redone by other qualified contractors.
Nothing was built to code and was painfully obvious that they have no concept what they are doing regading paving or masonry.Other contractors know of JMP and compare them to Gypsies...they enter a neigborhood and book a few fast jobs. Do them as quickly as posisble and get out before the horrible quality of their work is discovered.
I will go into more detail but felt I needed to post this so NO SHOULD EVEN CONSIDERS USING JMP FOR ANY PAVING OR MASONRY JOB. They are not qualified to sweep out a garage much less any type of paving or masonry.
Not only did they do the worst job imaginable but they also tried to steal the second installment of payment on the contract. They took $4000.00 to buy materials that never made it to our property. The money was only returned weeks later after repeated threats of litigation.
Although they said they'd do a good job and that the paperwork was agreeable and they would sign and fax or email back, they kept missing the deadline and their own promisses to do so.
Wasted my time. Recommend you find someone else. I will.
