FIRST, Richard Gervasi is a stand up guy, he came back this year to try to fix my
problem. In my opinion his driveway product, let me be nice, STINKS, A week after
the first application I had THREE large stains appear, I took pictures,
sent them to him, he came back this year, re-did the entire driveway,
FREE of charge. BUT, now the stains are back and I now have THIN CRACKS ALL OVER MY
DRIVEWAY, I never had ANY problems with the oil based products & they
were almost half the price. I believe HIS product prevents ground water from
seeping through, creating pressure all over the driveway, the end result
is CRACKS. My advice, stick with the oil based sealers. Just my opinion.
