Signing the loan papers and delivery of the car went smoothly We've had the car a little over a month now and haven't had any problems (I am crossing my fingers that this will continue to be the case).
If you chose to purchase from Honda of Danbury, I recommend asking for Angelo.
While I am a conditioned cynic, this was kept a simple business transaction where they agreed to repair the laundry list my mechanic set out for them. They reported making the repairs agreed to. They took a few days longer to order a part, to which I had no problem.
They were busy on the morning of the sale transaction, and their paperwork was a bit unorganized, so I'd advise careful scrutiny.
Overall, and so far, I think I received a good value, other than the cleaning issue. I have photos.
Does anyone think after dropping $10k, one should need to spend another $150. on a detail job ?
