They were an A. That's why I kept going back there. They are nice and good. I was in and out before 830 in the morning. They have great workers and they do great work. The timing is important.

I would have given them an A. I have been going to them for 3 years and they've always got an A but I had to wait 3 hours to have my car serviced. They switched something around and did something new and even though I had an appointment I had to sit there and sit there for 3 hours. They do good work.

I have 3 Toyota vehicles and they have all been serviced by Greentree Toyota. They have fair pricing. If they do not fix things right the first time, you can bring it back and they will not charge you. They are very personable and I would not take my cars anywhere else.

Basically, I get to know the staff, and they are friendly. They respond to me when I go in there. They are pretty good at finding problems. I have an older Avalon from them that had a 70,000-mile warranty coming up on the end of the seventh year. I went in there three days before the end of the seven years and they found about $2,700 worth of work that needed to be done, and it was all covered under warranty. They give me a loaner any time they are doing any real work on the cars. They have been very good.

I'm perfectly satisfied with their service. I don't necessarily have to make an appointment which is nice, they do the job as requested, they appear to be careful about following up about anything that seems to be wrong to them, the price seems to be reasonable, and they are very professional. Generally, the time that they estimate is actually a little longer than it actually takes.

They do what you ask and are attentive. They always call to check to make sure everything is alright. You can use the same service rep. We had bought tires from them and we got a flat so I took the tire in and they took care of it.

Great. I took it in for just a 5,000 mile oil change and they told me that I was due for a more involved check. I have had all the service done on my 8 year old Corolla by Toyota service centers. I dropped off the car, they gave me a loaner for free for two hours and had the car back to me as promised. They send a thank you note after every service.

Greentree Toyota is an honest and reputable car dealership. They have the right kind of oil and parts for Toyota. I believe their prices are very fair. Everyone there has always treated me with respect. They are very professional and courteous.
