We were looking for a a way to better insulate a room that a prior owner added to the house. The ceiling cavity between the joists were too shallow for regular insulation to provide a good r value so we call Good Life. I called the main number and had a sales rep out to the house within a day or so. Sean wrote up estimate and their guys were out soon after. There was miscommunication regarding one of the inside walls. I called up and they had a team out shortly after before the drywall went up. The team was very professional and the workspace was cleaned up and left like they found it. Very impressed.

Like most homeowners ice dams caused damage to one of the walls in our home and master bath ceiling this winter. Of course one of the walls was one that Good Life had just spray foamed several months prior. I called and Scott came out the next day. He said he would help us despite the job being very small. His crew was in a day later and the job was done again to the same level of professionalism the first job was done to.
I have done a decent amount of work to our home since we purchased it in 2008. I have used many different GCs and vendors and would recommend Scoot and Good Life to a neighbor of friend.
"Hi [member name removed] - I'm sorry but I think you have our company confused with another. We have no record of any communication with you or coming to your house for an evaluation. We do not have your contact information in our system to reach out to you. Did you perhaps have an energy assessment with one of the Home Energy Solutions assessment vendors? Unfortunately, some of them have business names that may be similar to ours - we do not do those assessments, we are strictly an insulation company. I am unable to call you since I don't have your phone number, but I did ask our account manager at Angie's List to give you call to see if you are referring to another vendor. Please let us know if we can help you and if you would like us to give you an estimate for insulation. We will then schedule something that works for you. We are hoping this is simply a mistake and we can clear this review from our records. Thank you."
