Fresh Air Heating & Cooling, LLC has been in business since June 1997. We offer install replacement and service of all heating and cooling Brands. Same day response to request for quote. Person who did the quote did the work, quote was competitive. Old unit broke down during a wicked heat wave. He juggled his calender to be available right away. Dealt fairly with the surprises (ie needed to run a new thermostat wire which he did at no extra cost, I patched wall where old one was). Final price was quoted price (note, his price included tax, many quotes do not). Excellent workmanship and cleanup. Six months later unit glitched entering heating season, he fixed it right away. I recommend this contractor.

Fresh Air Heating & Cooling came on time. They were very clean and neat and professional. This is a big system and the two men got the job done very quickly and efficiently. I can't tell you enough how happy I was with this contractor. The price was also very good.

Owner was very responsive. He was at my house within 1 hour of my call by fitting me into his existing schedule. He found a couple of surprises that he hadn't anticipated but was able to fix them after going back to his shop for more tools. He kept working until the unit was completely fixed despite the extra time it took him.

We got three estimates and he was by far the LOWEST. He works independently and not part of a big company so when you call his number you get him and not some answering service. We are having him do the work when we renovate the basement and have to re-distribute ducts.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. MY AIR CONDITIONER WAS UNDER WARRANTY AND I THOUGH THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE ME PROBLEM, BUT THEY DID NOT. THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING.

THE FIRST GUY HAD A HARD TIME ADDRESSING THE PROBLEM. THE SECOND GUY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. THE WATER WAS VERY HOT AND HE FIXED THE HOT WATER HEATER AND CALLED BACK FOR A FOLLOW UP.
