When the workers put in concrete to reinforce the core of the retaining wall they were fixing the weight of the concrete forced the lower stones out of plomb.  Thus the wall, instead of being vertical or leaning slightly inward it was leaning out.  They should have caught this.  Any person supposedly building walls professionally would have seen this.  When I pointed it out to them, it was too late to push the lower course of stones in but they pushed the upper courses in. The result is a wall that has a bulge in it.  Not nice; not professional.  Really third rate.  I guess they were in too much of a hurry.  Will not use this company again.
