Instillation was so poor that GAF gave me a complete refund

The fellas who performed the work were very easy going and nice. They were diligent and hardly stopped working over the course of two days. They worked long hours on both days and we were very satisfied with the way the roof turned out and how it looks.

Frank of Elite Home Exteriors was great to work with--friendly in his interactions, timely in his responses, and fair in his pricing. He managed to fit me in at a very busy time, and his crews (both roofing and gutters) were very professional. They completed the job in short order and cleaned up after themselves accordingly. We feel particularly good about the warranty that backs their work. Honestly, we would work with Frank and his team again, but based on the quality of the materials and installation, we will likely never need to install a roof again. My house looks fantastic and has totally been transformed. I had a new roof, siding and windows installed. Frank the owner helped me with the color choices which was a huge help to me. The entire process was explained to my husband and I before they started. Frank the owner answered all questions throughout the process. He accepted phone calls all hours. Each step of the way I received immediate responses. Frank was knowledgeable so was his staff. The workers worked at a remarkable pace, I have 3 roofs, and the Elite staff removed the old roof in 1 day and started to install the new roof. They were finished and cleaned up the next day. I got 3 quotes for roof shingle (and as it turned out, plywood also) replacement. Frank was the 3rd. It was refreshing to talk with the owner, not an employee. Frank went out of his way answer all my questions and accommodate my needs. Job well done.

This company is excellent. Frank Mammola, the owner of the business, stopped by each day to discuss any problems or concerns about the work. His employees did an excellent job and cleaned up every shingle and nail on the ground. The work was completed earlier than expected and I will recommend them to anyone who wants a roof repaired or replaced. I chose this company after getting estimates from 10 other companies because I was impressed how many times Frank returned a phone call to be sure my questions were answered. The price was lower than I expected and very reasonable for the amount of work that was done; a new roof and new gutters. If you hire this company it will be the best decision you make. Cost was not my first consideration (let's be honest, it IS always a factor) but the quality of workmanship, reputation, integrity and superior customer service are my primary drivers with all large purchases/investments. Frank and his team delivered and then some. He was communicative, patient with all my questions and the team who did the roof and gutters were phenomenal. They worked with speed without being sloppy, they kept to job site immaculate and within two and a half days I went from a 31 year old-in-pretty-tough-shape roof and gutters to an immaculate beauty with a 30 year warranty! I can honestly say it takes a lot for me to review on line (be it a product or service) - I either have to be really wow-ed or really pissed. If you looking for a company with old school integrity and values Frank and Elite Home Exteriors is it. My house had a modified roof line, a flat roof and an in-law garage conversion. Not a simple job but Franks team pulled it off on time, on budget and most importantly the job was done with skill and care. A great price for a great job, you canâ t ask for more than that these days. If your on the fence itâ s time to jump down and let Frank take cake of your project.

You quoted me a price and you stayed within it even though there were some extras thrown in. It rained today & I didn't find any leaks so the problem is apparently fixed. Cleanup afterward was through so what more can I ask for?
