For pickup and delivery, they were there when they promised to be. They were friendly, helpful and efficient as they have always been. When they found a few unanticipated repairs, they called to notify us and get our input before proceeding with those repairs.
When we unrolled and put down the rugs, they (some of which are more than 35 years old) looked as if they were completely new! The people at Danbury Rug Works helped to make a very stressful event much less stressful and I would not hesitate to use them again!
