Company delivered and installed on time and as promised. Prompt service, good prices. This is a family-owned business and we would recommend them. They don't try to oversell and we were able to design what we wanted through an online, digital program so we could view different styling options. They're a little sloppy on billing paperwork so check the figures but this is minor.

Awesome! They showed up on time (was given a 2 hour window). He told me the cables came in pairs, they were $24.00 each and he could have it completed in 1/2 hour. 15 minutes later he was done. Door works perfectly!

They rescheduled around a snowstorm.

install was perfectly fine however one door is acting up, called for service was told I'd be contacted in 2-3 days, I thought that was a long time but no one contacted me after 4 days, I called, they said I haven't been forgotten .....however I'm still waiting for service on a warranty item.

I just moved in to the area and home and was under the impression they were good, but service is obviously an issue if it takes a week to fix a door they just installed.....mind you it takes me a good 15-20 minutes to get the door to close completely and stay shut.....slightly frustrating when you need to be somewhere.

low marks only because service could be more responsive, no one following up with me.
i would use them in the future if they resolve my issue quickly....I just want some service please!

They replaced the motor. They were wonderful. They explained everything and I haven't had any trouble since.

When I was looking around for door, he had the door that was reasonably priced. They were reliable. But I had an issue with the opener and they came promptly took care of it. They have nice show room. If I need, I would use them in the future.

Their pricing was competitive. They worked well and completed the work quickly. Since then, we had trouble with the door going up and down on its own. They put laser detectors and they misaligned the beams. I called them up and they said that they would charge for coming out again. I was not completely satisfied with their service.

IT WAS VERY POSITIVE. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY TOLD US THAT WE DIDN'T NEED TO REPLACE THE DOOR AND THEY JUST REPAIRED IT. I THOUGHT THAT WAS AWESOME.

THERE WERE POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR SURE. THERE WAS A LONG WAIT TIME FOR THE PRODUCT TO SHOW UP. THEY CAME OVER AND DID THE JOB, BUT IT TOOK THEM WEEKS TO COME. THEY DIDN'T COMMUNICATE WITH ME THAT THEY HAD TO REORDER THE DOOR.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE GOOD ON ALL THOSE THINGS LIKE PUNCTUALITY. THEY FIXED THE DOOR AND GREASED IT. THEY TUNED IT UP AND STUFF. THE OTHER DOOR WAS WORKING, AND THEY LUBRICATED THAT ONE UP.

WE WERE PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. IT DID TAKE THEM A LONG TIME TO GET HERE, BUT THEY DID GOT THE WORK DONE ULTIMATELY. TO ME I GUESS IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT, BUT THE PRICE WAS MUCH MORE MONEY THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. IT'S EXCELLENT. I HAVE NOTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY INSTALLED THE GARAGE DOOR A FEW YEARS AGO, AND WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. I DIDN'T REALLY RESEARCH OTHER PEOPLE, BUT THE PRICE REASONABLE. THEY WERE HERE VERY QUICKLY AFTER I CALLED TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE EVEN WHEN THEY CAME OUT FOR THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME. I WOULD RATE THEM VERY HIGHLY.

THEY ARE GOOD AND RELIABLE. THEY CAME THE DAY THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD AND THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE CORRECTLY.

IT WAS WONDERFUL. THEY WERE SO FUNNY AND GOOD ABOUT IT ALL. THE HOUSE IS 25 YEARS OLD SO THEY HAD TO GO AND GET A PART. THEY DIDN'T CHARGE US EXTRA AT ALL. I RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I CALLED THE COMPANY UP BECAUSE I KIND OF KNOW THEM. THEY'RE IN THE SAME TOWN I'M IN. I JUST TOLD THEM WHERE I LIVED. I DIDN'T MEET THE INSTALLER, AND I KNOW THE GUY WHO OWNS IT SO HE JUST SENT HIS GUY UP AND FIXED IT, AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH IT.

THEY WERE LIMITED. THEY CAME OUT ONCE BEFORE. I JUST CALLED THEM BECAUSE THE STICKER WAS ON THE DOOR. THEY JUST CAME OUT. I DIDN'T DEAL WITH THEM. MY WIFE WAS HOME.

THEY CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE THE DOOR IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. WE MOVED THE OLD DOOR, AND THEY INSTALLED THE FRAME. HE WASN'T HERE VERY LONG. HE DID WHAT HE CAME TO DO.

IT WAS GOOD. THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAD WAS THAT SOMETHING SHORTED OUT, and THEY CAME and IMMEDIATELY FIXED IT. IT WAS JUST A TIMING THING. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY and FIXED IT WITH NO EXTRA COST.

WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE. THE WORK WAS FINE. THEY CAME, REPLACED THE DOORS, and DID NOT MAKE A MESS. EVERYTHING HAS BEEN WORKING FINE. WE CALLED THEM and THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY.
