Eric did a great sales job and good price - completely failed on the execution. He and his brother showed up on Wednesday after the inspector said "GO", got to work, and 10 minutes later were in an argument with the electrician about crossing over work spaces. The tempers flared, expletives exchanged, Eric immediately packed up his stuff, threatened to go back in and fight the electrician and could not be consoled. He didn't care about the materials "because the owner bought them not me" - leaving me with $1,600 of insulation. He left and didn't come back. Consequently I was stuck with an insulation plan that was in his head, because he didn't give me a printed plan or do a "ResCheck", and I had to get replacements quickly for an inspection on Friday - which we failed, and lost weekend sheetrockers and weeks of delays are ensuing. I would not recommend him to anybody for work.
Description of Work: 1955 Ranch renovation of 40% of the sf - needed batt insulation across entire attic (2 blankets), basement, crawls and exposed exterior walls and soundproofing in bathrooms.
