COMPETITIVE ELECTRIC

I used him a few times before and all went well. This time my home was hit by lightening. He came out and replaced an electrical box next to my front door. I needed a new transformer for my garden lights. He came back and installed it. He left me the instructions but not the receipt . There was a timer on the lights to come on at night and off in the morning. The next day the lights were still on . I called and he said he wanted me to try and adjust the timer. The box is located on the porch floor. I am 79 years old and have trouble bending down. He seemed annoyed that “ I wouldn’t do him that favor”. He really didn’t want to come back down. Later that day the lights went off. . I called back and left a message. Eight days later nothing worked. I called three times over many weeks. He never called be back and never gave me the receipt for the transformer so I could not get my money back for that. After spending over $400 I had to call another electrician and had to replace everything he put in. He does not stand behind his work.

I was satisfied. They were here on time.
