The price includes the mirror and labor.  They were quick and efficient.  I keep going back because it's the closest Ford place really.  The workers I came into contact with were very nice and professional.

That Ford dealership I like. They are always find you an appointment, don't say they can't get you in. Nice facilities.The staff is friendly, the sales guys are friendly. You feel welcome, not that you are in a position to just bring your car in to be worked on. The staff is always polite. I had ran over an clamp, and the young guy climb under the truck, and removed the clamp.

I go to Colonial Ford for all my oil changes. They are always busy so you have to book ahead of time but the service is excellent and they are up front with you about the work on your car.

They budgeted about an hour of time which would have been a bit over $100. They took me in on time and they had me out within 25 minutes so it was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be.
