They were great.

I was very, very happy with them. I got a couple of bids and I like theirs the best. The salesmen that came, I really like them. They were prompt and they did the work right away. When I called to ask the questions, they talked to me. I felt like I called them and I got answers right away. I had no problems and they did the work right away. I haven’t had any problems since they put it in. Their price was pretty reasonable.

He responded and apologized he could not help me because it was too far for him.  I really appreciate his response and he was a very professional.

We met with C &C / Strolin's at the supply company, prior to building the deck, where they explained our material options and explained the pros and cons of each material available to us: e.g. Timber Tech versus pressure treated wood mahogany, finishes, etc.... They also gave detailed and helpful thoughts regarding lighting, rails, styles appropriate to our home, etc.. . We tried to deal with the permits ourselves and when we ran into trouble, C & C/Strolin's, intervened and made sure they spoke with the correct people at Town Hall and got the permits through immediately. It personally took us 2 weeks to try and get the permits done; it took C & C/Strolin's an hour!

Once C & C/Strolin's  and his team (all family members that speak English, by the way) began the job, it was done quickly and with great attention to detail. The original deck plans had been drawn up by another person (not from C & C/Strolin's ) and there had been some errors. C & C/Strolin's  caught the errors and made sure we understood what was wrong and made suggestions about fixing the problems that existed with the original design. The C & C/Strolin's crew were courteous, pleasant and friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. I never felt they were in my way, or annoyed by garbage in my yard like nails or dirty paintbrushes. The owner was at our house every day overseeing the job. They showed up when expected and worked through the weekend to make sure the job was done. My husband and I own an art gallery and are very picky and pay a lot of attention to detail; we could not find a single flaw with the finished work. It is a beautiful deck and we are thrilled. I have many projects in the upcoming years and C &C / Strolin's will be the first person we call. I can't thank them enough.
