"Let me start off by stating we have never ignored this customer's complaint. This past winter was very severe and was followed by a tremendous amount of rain during the start of our season. I believe the issue that they wanted to address is the driveway heaved from the frost and all the water. No repair could be done until the water table content was stable. At which point I had been by the property several times to check on! About the middle of June I went out again and the issue has no longer existed. She should be happy no repair is needed!
