AMERICAN PAVEMENT SPEC LLC

This is a letter we have sent this company and the BBB twice with no response: "Dear Mr. Bill Stanly, on September 2010  your company removed and replaced our driveway. Immediately after our problems with this new driveway began. We had to spend an additional $5000 just to correct the driveway in the front of the house. Your solution with just soil couldn't correct the pitch for the flow of surface water. At the end of this we gave us back only $500 from the cost of our $8000 of the new driveway. After this the second issue arrived at the bottom of the driveway the pitch was done incorrectly also. We had an absolute nightmare with water entering our garage and you had witness this and your solution was for us  to buy sand bags to stop the water. We had many phone calls, many emails couple, of meetings and when on April 30, 2011 we finally agree on a solution we asked if this could be put in writing a letter a contract anything but to be an official letter from your company to us explaining what the solution will be and the guarantee work . We promised you will send this, and again phone calls, emails, begging for this letter and an actual date for this work take place. Until JUNE 21, 2011 we had nothing from you. We spoke to your wife and she promise that the letter will be send and the work will be done by JUNE 23, 2011. The end of our school year and beginning of summer. We had been patient but after this we couldn't take this any more so we send this again to BBB, AND your company refuse to answer to them. So Mr. Stanly we gave only promises that your company will sort this out, and you know that this driveway its been pitch incorrectly from the start. We will not leave this to rest until your company will do what had promised to do. As far as I am concerned, we have done our best to be reasonable with your company and done everything in our power to resolve this."  The only thing we want from them is the agreement letter we had after the April 30 meeting explaining the corrections they are going to do with a guarantee of their work as well as a schedule of when it is going to be done and if they refuse to send the letter and do the work then we would like our money back so we can hire someone else to replace our new driveway.
