"Your review is very disappointing. Every basement waterproofing contractor including us told you that the lower two feet of the wall board and the floor molding would have to be ripped out to properly install the system. Your finished basement was in total disarray from as much as 7" of water over a four week period. Numerous contractors were going in and out during that time. All the floors in the basement were ruined. Your basement did not have an exterior access so all the contractors had to use your basement staircase to enter and leave the basement. The carpet on the stairs was pretty much ruined before we even started the job. We use a HEPPA machine to suck out all the dust as we work so I know we left little to no dust behind. After the project was completed, I came to your home and met with you, your mother, and your two adult children, all of whom reside at the property. I listened to what you said and rather than argue with you I simply said, "I just want you to be happy. Tell me what you want and it will be done." After a long pause, You and your family agreed that nothing more really needed to be done and there was no reason to have the guys make a trip back out to the house. When I persisted with my offer, you maintained your response. I don't know what more we could have done."
Joe Montuori is a consummate professional.
He came out to see the job to be done.
Showed up on time and we discussed a few options.
He knows his stuff! Very knowledgeable with great insight and advice on how to perform the job.
His crew showed up on time and worked hard.
Big shout out to his guy Alex. Very nice person to have work in your home.
They left the place spotless and the work they did was top notch.
I would recommend them and would use them again in the future should the need arise.
They completed the job on time and exceeded my expectations!
As it turned out he DID the job. He kept me up to date on the progress and came with his worker to install the steel brace. To help me with the paperwork I needed for the insurance company he took photos of the finished work and emailed them to me.
I had been stressed out worrying about getting this fixed within the time frame required by the insurance company and Joe made me feel less nervous. He explained everything and put my mind at ease. I am so glad I called him. I would have absolutely no hesitation about calling him if I need that kind of work done again.
He was very friendly and personable and easy to talk to. I also had no trouble contacting him if I had any questions.
