I contacted three different businesses for this job. Miguel from cleaning and maintenance LLC was the only one who actually came to my home. He walked the property and asked questions. He gave a quote and stuck to it. He emailed a confirmation of the quote. He did a fantastic job with the power washing of our home. I would definitely use cleaning and maintenance LLC in the future. Very impressed
