Service technician arrived at appointment time, surveyed job and confirmed estimate quote with me before starting work, then walked me around after completing job to verify satisfaction with performance of key / lock combinations before writing up final invoice. Quality service with no surprises. Will definitely use again when needing locksmith service.

Went well. Took about 30 minutes and replacement part was on his truck so very quick.

It went very well. Chris was a pleasure to work with. He was finished in about 30 minutes. Cleaned up after himself. Gave me options to choose from (on type of door nobs and costs). I can't recommend him highly enough!

The technician showed up on time as scheduled. He was ready to install new locks, but I requested a different finish for the locks than he had on his truck. He offered to order the locks in the finish I wanted and rescheduled the appointment. He was completely accommodating to me and very pleasant and good-natured. He called me when the locks came in and verified the number of keys that I requested and had them ready for me when he returned at the appointed day and time. He changed all the locks quickly. Everything looks and works great. I would definitely recommend!

we recently bought a new home and only received 1 key and it only fit the front door.
We were hoping he could make keys for the other doors or put new knobs sets so we could have keys.
Instead he was able to re-key all our locks to use one key. Only had to change the knob on one door to be compatible.
Needless to say we were thrilled to now have access to all doors.
Price was reasonable and it took under 2 hours plus the technician was very pleasant.

I called Accloc and schedules an appt to change a worn out door handle lock on front door. Also sent email with pics, so they'd know what type of lock it was. The gentleman called to say he would be late, not a big deal, only about 20 minutes. He had the exact same lock with him, so I guess there was only that option for the type of lock I had, He was friendly and quick, tried to see if he could change only the broken part of the lock, but that didn't work. It took about 20 - 25 minutes to change. Cost was higher than I expected, so know what to expect - $75 to travel to your place, labor was inexpensive only $32.50, the lock was expensive - $150 (on the internet, the same lock goes for about a $100 or less), so the total to change the door handle w lock including tax was $273. Overall they were good, but price could probably be better, and I would liked to have been informed of some of the known costs like the $75 travel fee ahead of time.

I bought a condo and the previous owners were still using the mailbox. I called Accurate Lock and they came the same day to change the lock on them mailbox.

I had lost track of the house keys I had given out. I wanted the house re-keyed in order to provide security as my husband has started to travel with his job.
I called this company and they walked me thru what I needed on the phone, checked their schedule and came out the same day.
The gentleman was prompt, courteous, thorough, and flexible. I had miscounted the number of doors that needed the re-key - he took my oops in stride and not only re-keyed my doors but tightened the loose ones and oiled them and made sure they all were in working order.
As a retired person, I appreciate his care and concern.

I was trading in my old car that had a locked karak rack on it. I called the Yakhma Rac, Co. to get a new key because I had lost my mine. They charged me to send a tool to open the lock to view the key number and then they would charge me to send new keys. I got Accurate Lock and Safe referred by Angie's List site and drove over to the shop. The owner picked the locks made a new key and I was on my way. This is a Master Locksmith. He saved me time and money. The salesman at the car dealer told me that he was the go-to-guy in the area and I agree.

Accurate was prompt and arrived when they said they would. Not only did he get me in, but also showed how to lubricate the locks and repaired a dead bolt that was not closing properly on anoher door. I would call them again before in-town locksmiths who were slow or didn't repsond at all.

They did a great job. They were very helpful and very responsive. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a locksmith in the Greater Danbury CT area.

They were prompt, courteous and professional. It was such a relief that the price was what it was. I have an old-style deadbolt, and was expecting to have to replace the entire door when the key was lost. Only miniscule gripe is that the brass deadbolt they installed is ever so slightly a different color than my brass doorknob. But I was THRILLED to have them fix our problem quickly, fix it well and for a reasonable price.

They came out the day after I called. On time and professional. They did the work I had asked them to for the price I expected. Nice job, no trouble with anything. Very friendly.
