The company clearly preys on consumers who don't know HVAC and hoodwinked my wife into agreeing to $1400 of totally unnecessary work. When I challenged them they tried to brazen their way out of it before we insisted they just do what was required - approx $250.

Very personable service man.  Sold us a bill of goods.  I wish I had done more research.  They wound up coming out multiple times and the last straw was a quote of another $400+ to do some more work.  Finally said forget it, called a different service that did the work for half the cost.

Heating and air conditioning is their main job; they do plumbing as well.  They have done both for me.  I do not have any negatives to say at this point.  As far as positives are concerned, they are on time and call before they come.  They usually come as quickly as possible and they have twenty four hour emergency service.

Employee failed to do any service work, talked and talked but never did work.  When I wrote to complain they responded in an email telling me that I was condescending to them.  This was that particular employees first job for the past 6 months.  I told them I wanted my maintnence contract cancelled 6 months ago and they kept pulling the money out of my account without my approval or knowledge.  I was simply dissatisfied and would not reccommend them to anyone.

It was to take 45 minutes, but only took about 5. When I called to complain, they really lacked any response. I’m now seeking an alternate company.

Landmark is the best. They do great work. They charge fair prices. They are detail oriented and they always do what is promised. They never give me a headache. They are great to give instructions to and communicate with. They are always pleasant. I have been using them for some time now and they are really good to me.
