Viola did an excellent job. They did drainage work, installed a paver walkway, and set up landscaping for my new construction house. Super easy to communicate and quick replies made the decision making easy. They did a great job, and I was very impressed how quickly it was all done. Viola Landscaping is fabulous!!!! From the 1st phone call to Viola to inquire about services to the final walkthrough of the completed product, the Viola team exhibited top notch customer service, professionalism, a diligent focus and pride on and in their work. In the HOT summer of 2018, we had decided to remove a deck removed and have a patio installed, but had minimal knowledge of hardscapes, what suited the natural landscape and met our needs. Josh from Viola was patient and made a point to design WITH us, not simply for us, until we landed on the right one, explaining the how and why of each part of the job. From the start of the work through to the completed product, the entire Viola team apprised us of any concerns (there were a few) and were always patient and courtesy in regard to our questions and suggestions. The dedication, focus and professionalism to and on the job to be done during the process was of the highest quality as shown by constant reviews by the team as the work, particularly the laying of the patio, progressed. In addition, this is a team that talks to each other about the daily approach at the beginning of the day and how the approach is going throughout. This is the groundwork for excellent outcomes; focus on the big picture and not just the day. As a result of the execution of the Viola team, needless to say, my husband and I can not say enough (nor can our friends and co-workers who have the seen the final product) about how great the final product looks!! My husband and I couldn't be happier that we used Viola Landscaping and, in the future, will be reaching back out to Viola for an updated new front walkway and steps!

Work that was done is great, good people, came and got started didn't stop till done. They just showed up one day almost 3 weeks later, no call the day before. I do understand the weather messed up the overall scheduling but just a simple call or call and leave a message that's all I want. They brought plenty of mulch with them, I thought they could have put a little more down.

They've been doing my lawn since May.

They come every Wednesday; they should have come today. They do a good job. They respond pretty quickly. They're always here on time. They've done a couple of things where they mail the wrong things or stuff like that. They make a mistake or so. I'm using them again. They do a good service, and they have a reasonable price compared to other people. They do everything over the phone.

It could not have gone better. John and Josh gave us design suggestions that we didn't even thought possible. Our yard is now usable again and beautiful to look at. It's not even a question if I would use them again. They are the only ones I would call.

Viola is dependable and does great work. We currently use them to maintain our yard. This past summer they made a major transformation of our front yard. They had creative ideas that would fit in our budget and the results are amazing.

We had extensive landscaping completed, which included installing a drainage line, to manage the run-off from the gutter leaders, 2 concrete paver sidewalks totaling about 130 feet, 1 patio (15 x 15), updating the front stoop with a tile veneer, blue stone steps and landing and two wrought iron railings. The sidewalks were installed in a Herringbone pattern which required that the sides had to be individually cut to fit up against the sailor border. The sidewalk corners (2) also required extensive cutting and fitting. Topsoil and seeding completed the finish work. All of this was accomplished by three workers with occasional assistance from John and Josh (owners) in about ten days. They worked steadily through out some very warm days with only a couple breaks. The workmanship was extraordinary. They also ran into some ledge and large tree roots while working on the sidewalks which required bringing in some heavy equipment. They also managed a workaround when they encountered a large rock when installing the drainage. This was accomplished by installing a pop-up valve at the end of the drainage line which allowed the water to drain gently onto the lawn.
Communication was generally good. They made suggestions to our original proposal which we readily accepted and they made no complaints if we wished to tweak the proposal as we went along.
I would not hesitate recommending them to family, friends or folks planning similar enhancements to their properties.

Unlike other businesses we contacted he came with a drawing of the planned work along with a quote. He listened to what we wanted and put together a plan we were happy with. It was also significantly cheaper than others. All work was done in quickly and neatly. We had a lot of debris from the job and it was all removed at the end of each day. We are extremely satisfied with how the job turned out.

We contacted Viola Landscaping through Angie's List and they responded quickly. The workers were friendly and polite. We were pleased with the edging and the mulch looked good. However they left a mess behind: small piles of dirt and weeds, spilled mulch, leaves blown on our front steps and a discarded drink can. We complained through Angie's List and received an apology, but a professional team would not have left our yard in that condition. Perhaps we should have called them directly instead of emailing but with company coming that night, we cleaned it up ourselves.

They provided everything we asked for, were responsive to our wants and needs, and very professional.

They did a neat job. Completed the entire thing in one day. Removed a bush too that was in the way and did not charge for that. Reseeded the area around the walkway.

They were very prompt in responding to my request for an estimate - came out to the house within days - and provided the best landscaping plan at the best price. Once we signed the contract they promptly came to do the landscaping, and did a beautiful job. They even returned when we requested them to re-edge the bed in the front. They did high quality work at a reasonable price, were professional and prompt and I highly recommend them.

They provided us with a detailed plan, discussed options with us. They got the work done on schedule and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend Viola.

THEY TOTALLY TRANSFORMED OUR BACKYARD INTO A PARADISE. I COULDN'T ASK FOR MORE. THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN WHAT I EXPECTED, BUT THE JOB THEY DID TURNED OUT EXCELLENT. IT WAS WELL WORTH IT.
