Description of Work: replaced my windshield and wiper blades. With insurance it didn't cost much, probably around $40 with the wiper blade installation. Tech was on time, polite, got the replacement done quickly and did a quality job. Was very pleased with my experience. I've used Safelight before and have always had good experiences and will continue to use them for my auto glass repair and replacement.

Description of Work: front office staff s not very friendly. window is always closed and it is always seems like they are too busy to talk to me. Had to bring my car back 2 times. not sure if they use sub-standard glass or what but having to replace my windshield 2 times in less than 3 months was an issue. Even if the damage was done by highway rocks maybe someone could have suggested ways to prevent damage in the future. I had to research it myself and ask my car dealer why the glass kept breaking and what I could do to prevent it.

Description of Work: Repaired a car window at my home. Scheduled the apt for 5/5 12-5, sat home waiting all afternoon and missed work. No call. No show. Trying to reschedule and get a small window of time through executive office was a nightmare. Poor communication. Technician who ended up arriving the next day 5/6 was nice, professional and completed the repair in a timely fashion.
