+ 0 moreBob was the plumber I dealt with and he accepted the job and we agreed to the price of labor. We initially agreed on the water heater price of $375-450 based on my research. My problems with this plumber and the company as a whole is that they were very unprofessional. He was extremely tardy (3-4 hours) to the initial assessment and then he was a no show when it was time to install the water heater. He scheduled a day to install the water heater, was late to pick it up from a wholesale store and was going to leave my tenant without hot water over a weekend after we have been waiting 3 days already. He also tried to have me pay over $500 for a water heater at his wholesale store which I disagreed. I paid for a good quality water heater for $380 at Lowes. When I told him I purchased the water heater and my tenant picked it up and is ready for the install. He delayed the install day and eventually never picked up his phone and never showed up, despite multiple attempts from my tenant and I to reach him. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional and are the worst when it comes to customer service. I am writing this review one week after the incident and still no explanation or apology given.
Description of Work: I needed to have a 38 gallon water heater replaced in my condo unit.
