I have used Marc in the past to build a new master shower and a brand new complete kitchen. As always, Marc is very professional, skilled and explains the progress at every step. I’ll gladly use him and his expert crew again for my next remodel.

The project turned out great.  Marc is not only a true professional, but a really nice person.  I found him through Angie's List, and I'm glad I did.  Marc, Jim & Al worked together as a team and did a fantastic job.  His communication was spot on and he always showed up exactly when he said he would.  I will definitely hire Marc and his team at McGyver Innovations the next time i have a project that needs to be completed.

Mc Gyver Innovations is owned by Mark Sperry. On all his jobs he is the lead carpenter and brings in additional crew and/or sub contractors. Mark is great to work with. He is very personable and well spoken. His strengths begin with his ability to communicate with his customer and provide guidance and recommendations for the work to be done, and finishes with the high quality of work he produces. In our most recent job, Mark and his crew had to demo the damaged parts of the deck, remove 5 footings that had heaved, repour the footing to at deeper depth, replace piling so, build new stair structure and attaché in new location, replace all damage deck components and others that showed signs of warping. To fix the gutter, the gutter helmet and gutters were inspected and adjusted as needed. An electric snow d*** prevention unit was installed to prevent recurrence of issue. The guest bath renovation was required by damage to floor at base of toilet. A faulty flange had caused damage to the sub floor. The extent of the damage caused enough of the existing tile and sub floor to be removed that we decide to remove it all. The final result was perfect, even though we had made it more difficult by selecting a 12x24 tile. It was difficult to seat them flat because the floor is somewhat uneven because of the joist below. Creative use of the thin set resolved the issue. Mark and is crew are punctually and meticulous. Arriving daily at 8AM, Once finished for the day, they ensure that the site is left in an orderly manner and all refuse disposed of. They make every effort to keep the inconvenience of a work in progress to a minimum. Besides that they are amenable to items from your 'honey do list' that they can fit in while they are at yor home. Mark is very interacive with his clients and provides status reports to ensure that you know his progress and agree with the approach/design. He has done several jobs for me and three of my friends. We have all used him more than once and would use him again. Mc Gyver Innovations would be an excellent addition to Angie's List.
