Asphalt Maintenance Paving

From the first phone call, the owner Alan quickly responded, came to our house 2 times to quote and answer questions. He was down to earth, took his time and and really cared about our needs. We just bought a house and the driveway is HUGE and it really needs to be replaced (approx. $30K) but we had just moved in and really needed to fix some real problem areas immediately. Alan did not try and sell us, explained our options with some real valid repairs. We agreed on a scope of work and they were back in 3 days to do the work. They were on time, entire crew was friendly, courteous respectful and the work they did was SPECTACULAR!!!! Makes us really want to do the entire driveway as soon as we can. Thank you to Alan and his crew for your services and quality work. You have earned a long time customer!!!!

Put gravel down and did tarring on whole driveway. Also was a very steep driveway. Came out excellent very satisfied so far with the driveway. People were polite that worked on it and the owner was very nice and cooperative. Also, driveway was done in a very timely manner.

Returned calls timely, provided service as promised. Also this job was at the end of the season, I needed the paving done after the completion of the retainer wall by another contractor. Timeline was tight. Worked out very well..

Meeting and interviewing went well. There was no sales pressure. When I asked about a crack in the concrete portion of my driveway, he did not suggest he would work on that in addition to doing the driveway for which I called him. Instead, he recommended some fixes that I could do myself to prolong its life without spending too much money. The quote was not the lowest that was offered to me, however, I was impressed that he was patient with all my questions, I did not feel rushed in deciding, and he was recommended by someone I know. Although this was 2 years ago, I do remember clearly having a difficult time reaching him after I hired him, and being told by his office manager that he would contact me soon. Their idea of soon was different from my idea of soon-a few weeks of difference. However, both Alan Cooper and his office manager were always genuinely professional, polite and even concerned. When he finally arranged a start and return date, he and his crew were on time and worked efficiently. A little over 2 years later, my driveway is still in perfectly smooth shape. And the transitions between sidewalks and driveway still adequately smooth. Many snowstorms and wild weather changes later, I'm happy to say my shovel and clogs still slide smoothly across my driveway. I highly recommend this company for driveway construction and repairs. However, be prepared for some telephone tagging and delayed phone call returns. There may be some time management issues or work overloading involved.

Everything was done very professionally. Alan (owner) was very punctual showing up when he said he would arrive. What impressed me the most was how thoughtful and thorough he and his workers were about the project. Alan was very easy to reach by phone and returned all my calls. The project was completed in 2 days, as planned! I was also very pleased with the quote that he gave me. He went above and beyond making sure I was happy with everything. I would definitely recommend Asphalt Maintenance to my family and friends.
