They never came back, they never called. My Dad figured out where the leak was - the guy from Royal Rooter lost the rubber washer that goes in the fitting at the toilet tank. He never put it back in and when he turned on the water supply he never checked his work for leaks. My Dad said that the way they treated us is about as unprofessional as any company can get. Our kitchen ceiling is ruined, there are cracks and wet spots everywhere, and a lot of it will have to be replaced. It is going to be a huge expense for us. We wish so hard that we had never called this company, they are simply awful and they don't care at all if they ruin your house. Beware!
