septic tank
+ -1 moreOverall it went really well. There is always potential for nightmares with a big job like this and fortunately, there were none. After signing the contract for the job, I had some minor worries when a couple weeks went by and they didn't start. But they did start in time and finished pretty quickly without major problems. They are not a big well-known firm but it was clear they had experience with this work. Every question I asked they had the answer. They had already anticipated the challenges, issues, possible problems, etc. Their bid for the job was almost exactly the same as that of a larger, better-known contractor in this area. We're now looking at having Pollansky do another job for us soon.
Description of Work: Replaced our entire septic system. Put in a new tank and put in a leaching field (which did not exist before).
