 + 0 moreAs indicated above - Heritage Real Estate, a.k.a Horizon Group, a.k.a. Mike and Sherry Schivonski - failed to conduct business in a professional and legal manner as outlined by zoning regulations for the Town of Coventry.
Description of Work: 1. Failed to follow Town of Coventry zoning regulations pertaining to new construction of septic system. 2. Failed to provide Town of Coventry zoning with required spec maps for all changes made to home construction. 3. Failed to obtain Town of Coventry zoning approval for changes made to property. 4. Failed to provide adequate drainage for water runoff on property. 5. Failed to include pertinent land in purchase of property that was required as a condition of approval of septic system fo rsecondary leech field. 6. Failed to obtain Certificate of Occupancy. 7. Failed to conduct construction in general approved professional manner by claiming verbal approval given for all property changes which was not validated by zoning testimony.
