Only negative is the hours they billed for. They were at the house for 1 hour and 20 minutes but billed for 2 hours. Great service -- but need to work on billing policy.

It was easy to get an appointment. This was not the case with several other electricians who wouldn't return our calls and one who came to see what work had to be done and never sent us an estimate. The mechanic and his apprentice arrived exactly on time. They had everything they needed with them and so were able to work quickly and efficiently and get the job done in one visit. They left everything neat and tidy and in perfect working order.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GOOD. IF I DIDN'T LIKE THEM I DIDN'T RELY ON THEM. I WOULD NOT HAVE USED THEM FOR SO MANY YEARS. THE INDIVIDUALS ARE FINE, AND THEY ARE ALL LICENSED ELECTRICIANS. THE HEAD OF THE COMPANY I HAVE KNOWN FOR YEARS.
