I do not normally write reviews but felt it important to share this experience as I rely heavily on online reviews particularly on Angies List. When the flowers arrived they were already browning around the edges...one was even wilting and falling over. We called the florist to let them know of the poor quality and a female working there admitted they had a bad shipment and they were not surviving very long. She did the appropriate thing by stating we should put the dead flowers out by the door and a replacement would be brought over. She was notified that no one was home at the time of the call to put the flowers outside. The weeping flowers were put out that evening as soon as we got home. Days later ...still no flowers were delivered...we only had our dead ones sitting on the porch for almost a week. We called again and spoke with a man we believe to be the owner. He claims they came over two times and did not see the dead flowers on the porch and claims he called repeatedly...none of which could be true as the dead flowers were on the porch 5 hours after the first conversation and we never received any phone messages. He stated that they did not have any bad flower shipments around valentines day and that he already tried to replace them and his job was done. He essentially called us liars. After getting very upset and stating that this was all bad business practice he reluctantly stated he would bring over a replacement. The whole experience was very frustrating and upsetting - not at all how getting flowers should be - and the man we spoke with was very unfriendly and unprofesssional. We would not use this company again nor recommend them.
