My one complaint is that when we discussed running a second HDMI cable, they wanted to charge a considerable amount for it (the part, not the labor). I have kept up with the huge variance in prices for HDMI cables, and I'm well aware that they are available online for less than $10, and I had to be pretty firm that I was not interested in paying considerably more for the cable. In the end, I bought a cable myself and ran it through the existing hole without issue.
