Roofing
$500
In April 2007 Mr. Bennett diagnosed the problem the same day we was contacted and made the repair within 24-hours. Unfortunately, in 3/2010, evidence of a leak appeared in the exact same area of the dining room and with the same patterning as in 2007. Mr. Bennett was contacted this March about the leak. After a couple of calls, Mr. Bennett reviewed the area and informed that his work remained solid. He informed the leak was caused by ice damage and that our roof required redesign at a coast of $1,500. More interested in resolving the problem than pointing to a 5-year guarantee, we moved to accept the recommended solution and the bid. However, Mr. Bennet failed to follow up with a contract. Further, he failed to return calls prompting him to follow up. We are now in the process of finding a different roofer to resolve the problem because Mr. Bennet did not honor his guarantee or follow up with a contract to implement his 3/2010 recommended solution.
