This guy, Paul Catalano, is rude and a bully.  Everything is fine when there is no problem with your policy.  As soon as there is a hint of a problem, he will throw you over board like a termite nest on a wooden sailboat.  Mr Catalano has no interest in working with his clients.  He only want to collect their money for his premium pocket.   I encountered a small problem with one of my children's driving record that I wasn't aaware of until today.  Well, doesn't he call me on the phone and proceed to tell me that SF is going to cancel my home policy.  Over a auto problem???  He talked to my daughter and her remark was that he was a first class jerk.  He hints that Iied to him. And when I ask him if he can help, he glibly says that SF is going to cancel my policies.  He  offers no aid, no protection, and no suggestions.  He could care less.  For a guy in the service sector who is supposed to be a professional in helping folks, this guy is a ZERO.  Stay away from his agency  If you must have SF Insurance, go to a different agent because this guy is only interested in protecting his own wealth, not yours or your neighbor's...
