Aside from the one time when my dog was sent home with the wrong owner, my dog seems to enjoy attending doggie daycare on occasion at this facility. It is very expensive in comparison to other similar facilities so he doesn't go very often.

He is incredible. He takes the hardest dogs that no one else will take from shelters and he retrains them usually at no charge so that they can be put back in the system and their lives saved. We were becoming afraid of our dog and he told us what the problem was. They did a great job putting in the animal fencing as well. They're the best and we have no problem with them whatsoever. The only thing they don't like is when I miss picking my dog up. They have two people there that they're paying, so they charged me extra for being late, which I think is reasonable because it is my responsibility.

From the time we walked through the door, they were professional and ready to assist. I was a nervous first time mom of a boarder and wasn't prepared to see my dog trot off with their handler without a moments hesitation. Check-in was so easy I thought it must get harder later. That wasn't to be the case. Even though I called daily, they were happy to give me personal reports and keep me up to date on her stay. My sweet pup is 120+lbs and does not see frequent changes in her handlers. She had also never been boarded and we were not sure she wouldn't try and use her size to demand being sent home. Our worst nightmares couldn't have been further from the truth. On her last day there she was groomed and it was such a joy to pick up a happy, clean dog. More amazing was how well she seemed to respond to them after only a couple of days in a strange place. All of this is something you expect from a good kennel, but we made last minute reservations after our plans for dog-sitter fell through. As we were going away the week of Fourth of July, that they could even take her was amazing. We are already planning for this summer and will be bringing her back even if we are vacationing elsewhere.

They also conduct grooming, obedience classes, and provide kennel care. All of these services my pet has engaged in. I am quite satisfied with all of their care. During daycare, they offer two playtimes for 1/2 hour each day. In the run area, they supervise the dogs in a diligent manner. This is not an extra charge. My dog was a rescue dog who was very fearful of others. The trainer encouraged me to attend some obedience training. During this experience, the owner and trainer communicated his progress. They completed a progress report form to show the improvement.

The facility looks very clean. The dogs which are boarding have a playtime with the other dogs twice a day for 30 minutes, off leash. The individual kennels are 56 square feet (standard) although larger kennels are available. My dog did seem nervous when I picked her up, but that might just have been because it was her first time.
