I found the quote reasonable and contracted Sisk to perform the work on 6/ 11/12
The dumpster arrived on 6/13. The work crew arrived at 7:30am on 6/14. They staged their equipment, hung a tarp to protect the house and were removing the old shingles by 9am. Half of the roof was completed the first day At approximately 5 pm on 6/14 installation was completed, dumpster was removed all debris had been picked up and removed from around the house. No evidence of any work having been done on the premises remained other than the new roof.
In the process of installing the new roof it was discovered that the original drip edge and chimney flashing were not properly installed, causing the roof to lead during a heavy rain. The crew conducted themselves in a courteous and professional manner.
I am extremely pleased with the workmanship, and quality of Sisk Building & Remodeling and will not hesitate to contract their services in the future.
