During our squirrel trapping period, I spotted a mouse in the house as well. I asked his opinion on the situation, and he didn't seem to think it warranted an exterminator. He recommended the appropriate type of trap to take care of our problem (and gave us a few traps, free of charge along with some tips to catch them). That worked, as well. No more mice in here!
In addition, when Lenny was investigating the squirrels in the attic, he spotted a leak on our roof that would have caused some major problems, had we not discovered it (and I doubt we'd have seen it, because it's a small crawl space that we don't use). He recommended products to fix this problem as well, and ultimately fixed this for us, since he was already on our roof.
