+ -1 moreThey are excellent. We had some problems with the oven and they sent someone out to try to find the problem and unfortunately they couldn't find it. So I called the manufacturer and they sent out one of their technicians who found several problems with the oven and decided that the oven was unusable. So they are replacing the oven and they called Shore's to ask if they would be willing to put the new oven in an pull the bad one out. And that's what they did. We went to their store to pick out the appliances. They are a little laid back but professional and knowledgeable about their products.
Description of Work: We used Shore Television & Appliances to purchase a oven, dishwasher and cook-top.
