I have used him for years. When you call, a receptionist takes the message. Jamie will call that night and set up an appointment. He is punctual. He is thorough. I have had him for a number of big and small jobs. He tells you in explains in lay terms the problem and solution. I would use him again as I plan to in the future for the bathroom.
