Scott did a great job with the survey of my property. He came by when the permit guy was scheduled and helped me explain what needed to be done. He did not charge me for this and went out of his way to help me in my project.

From my first call to his office, I found Scott Katin to be responsive, and pleasant to work with. I invited him to a scheduled site visit and found him to be punctual, professional and collaborative with the other contractors present at the walk through. After hiring him, he was patient and helpful with my numerous design changes, as à  à ¢à  à  à  à  proposed additionsà  à ¢à  à  à  à  needed to be included in his survey. The final product accurately reflects what exists and what will exist on site. During pre-development discussions with the town, I noted that planning and zoning officials were complimentary and confident when informed of his participation. I would recommend Katin Surveying without hesitation or reservation, to anyone in need of surveying services.
