Andy was very responsive to calls, emails and texts. He sent pictures of the project at each stage as we are not local. Happy with his work

Kitchen - Remodel
He installed my kitchen nothing was correct, he broke the cabinet, scrashed my floor,
Response from All Aspects Home Improvements and Repairs, LLC

"I installed cabinets the way we discussed. I also covered the floor with cardboard to prevent any damage to the floor. The cabinets were not damaged by me or any action I took. I am sorry you were not happy with the way you wanted cabinets installed if given a chance it would have been completed to your satisfaction you chose not to allow this to happen your loss Andy."

Took the money and ran. Never finished. Lack of communication. Promised a return, never showed never called. I am sure he can build closets and install a door or two. He is probably good at small jobs. Lack of respect to the homeowners in my opinion . Basically took the money he wanted and ran. I could not get a decent respectable honest response in the end on when he would finish, so he was let go. Windows have to be reset. Someone will finish the deck and siding and in the end it will cost me more. Oh, and he moved so slow, I did 90% of demo just to help out. I would just try someone else, if it was me again.

"Sorry you are not happy. The mudroom was built to the pint it just needed siding to complete .. Your general contractor was supposed to order months ago never did to this day I don't believe he has . I replied several times to you and your GC and received no response except for the last time when I told you I would be there in a week you responded on a Sunday afternoon and when I didn't reply you fired me on Mon again work I was contracted to perform was completed yp to the siding which you never purchased. So, work had to stop"

Doors (Exterior) - Install or Replace
Yes, I recommend this pro
This is the second time I have hired All Aspects Home Improvement. This time was to install a ceiling fan in my office, replace my front and screen doors, and repair/upgrade my front porch. All the work is detailed up front, with no hidden costs. The work is done quickly, efficiently, and within budget. The workmanship is excellent and company is very easy with which to deal.I highly recommend them!

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
We signed the contract initially in March with a completion date in May, and the contractor continued to delay the start of the project until June when I was informed that he was not going to do it at all. There was a pallet of lumbar delivered in my driveway in May that I am being charged for. He was not competent the design drawings for the permit were unprofessional, free hand-drawn, and not to scale. The permit he obtained from the town building inspector was not suitable because he did not list all the work he was supposed to do. Because he did not back of a signed contract until June stating the reason as a family matter we have to start all over again. Now, it will not be done until September-October in lieu of May. He ignored my calls, emails and texts, outright lied, eventually notifying me he was not doing the job, on the final day he was supposed to start, by email.

"I am sorry that you could not understand I had a family emergency that prevented me from starting as we talked about. I will always put my family first, sorry again that you do not understand that Andy."

He really is a problem solver and a good listener. He took a really difficult project and inserted his know-how. I am really pleased with his work. He showed a lot of initiative getting things done and going over and above.
