Maple Tree Cabinetmakers

After shopping around and getting quotes from various cabinet makers, we decided on Josh. His price for completely custom cabinets was competitive with all others, including semi-custom suppliers who were importing products from Canada. Josh worked with us to improve our design for the kitchen and make many significant improvements to our plan. He and his wife visited numerous times in the design stage to make sure we had everything perfect before beginning. He built all the cabinets in his shop on the time frame we had agreed upon. Installation took two weeks and Josh showed up every day, on time, ready to work. He is calm and methodical. Measures everything carefully, and builds like a true craftsman. He scribed cabinets to mesh with our brick wall and made lots of key customizations during the install. Our house was built in 1888 so there were lots of eccentricities of the space that Josh worked around well. Josh's work shines. We finished the project in March and have yet to find anything that was less than perfect. We continue to receive comments from guests that the kitchen should be submitted to magazines for design awards, and Josh should take much of the credit since his cabinetry is the focus of the space.
