ROCK ROOFING & SIDING

Rock Roofing and Siding replaced my roof. It leaked the first time it rained and a few weeks later Richie returned with the subcontractor and they caulked the area. This had no effect and the roof continued to leak. At this point Richie stopped returning my calls and text messages for the next nine months until I filed a Better Business Bureau report. He then came back and tried to caulk the roof again. I finally brought in another contractor that found that the skylight was improperly flashed and that the entire back side of the house would need to be removed and repaired at the cost of $4,500. The flooring in my back room also needs to be replaced due to water damage after more than a year and a half of waiting for Rock Roofing and Siding to fix the problem. Richie is a nice guy to talk to but he is a dishonest businessman that refuses to stand behind his work. Stay away!

Richie Rock is a good guy. He's' a general contractor that uses Subs for pretty much everything he does. Richie oversees the jobs and maintains a good level of professionalism. His one shortcoming can be communication, but that's only because he's a very busy guy. The people Richie used for the different parts of our house were professional people who generally showed up on time and completed the work in the time alloted to do so. We are very happy with the end result of the job and would recommend using Richie to anyone in the future. You just have to be patient on the communications side and make sure you are thorough in expressing every detail of what you want done (make sure Richie writes everything down during your meetings and get a copy of the details from him). I definitely would use Richie in the future.
