Shaun and his helper did a very nice job on the ceilings they painted. The larger part of the job was popcorn removal, skim coating and painting of the ceilings in the main areas of our home, and it was a disaster. The skim coating was badly rippled, with many large raised areas, pinholes, and lumps. Unfortunately Sean was unable or unwilling to recognize that fixing the worst areas was not going to produce a satisfactory result. After we fired him, two contractors confirmed that the job was very poor and unacceptable. Further, he did not properly cover furniture, walls or floors and left behind much more dust and dried compound than was necessary. He also damaged some flooring and marked up walls. We had to have the skim coating redone and flooring repaired. We would hate for anyone else have this experience.

MaShaun was always on time and because my job was not scheduled right away he kept in contact with me when I had questions. My job was labor intensive and had several aspects which MaShaun addressed at each step of the job. He was conscious, detail oriented and did an absolute wonderful job of giving my living room a whole new look. He asked about small additional items which I was thinking about and grateful it was not too much added on his time and the final bill. Shaun was so pleasant to work with. He was more than happy to comply when I altered the original workscope to include a stairwell. He even went to buy a new hand rail including new hardware and installed it for me. He stained and polyed it and it looks beautiful. I am extremely happy with the work performed. I hired Rizen Painting to paint the interior of our two car garage. Arrived at the job at the time specified and proceeded to cover all areas to protect from overspray. Sprayed the ceiling and walls, then used a roller for a second coat on the walls. Job came out great and was done quickly. The area was cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed. I would definitely recomend Risen and use them again.

Overall they do very superior quality of work, incredible follow through, and wants to make sure you are satisfied.
