We have a 10 year old brick patio that needed power washing and brick realignment and repair. Ilia was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in the way he went about his work. He exercised patience and paid attention to detail. We are very pleased with the outcome of our patio. His pricing was fair and we highly recommend him.

Ilia did an excellent job repairing the wall that we have that was beginning to separate. He carefully removed the pieces of the wall, and poured a cement footing to put the was back up on. He placed reinforcement rods in the concrete that I asked to prevent the footing from cracking. Took pictures to show me this was done. Also installed a drain pipe at the bottom of the wall to remove water to prevent pressure from water on the back of the wall. After the wall was replaced he came back on another day to glue the capping stones down. When the wall was finished he did not want to used the glue because it had started rain. I have done concrete work when I was young so I was familiar with what I wanted done. This man work was excellent. My neighbor also felt the same about his work.
