GUARINO'S HOME IMPROVEMENT

As above, Guarino's Home Improvement took down my existing exterior screened in porch and rebuilt it the way it should have been done initially. They started with replacing the footing and went from there. Not only does it look beautiful but it is completely structurally safe and sound now! The team showed up as scheduled, put in long, full days (working in extreme humidity) and always cleaned up the job site each and every day. They were polite, professional and trustworthy. The price for the job was more than fair. We had an issue with two bird houses that had to be taken down from the porch due to the fact that the houses had babies in them. Not only did the boys put up new posts and relocated the bird houses but moved one a second time due to the fact the mother wasn't coming back because it was too close to the job site. As an animal lover, I found this not only kind and compassionate but it just showed how they really went the extra mile. Again, I have no reservations recommending Guarino's Home Improvement to anyone and look forward to working with them in the future.

Jim Guarino was very easy to work with. He called me back, maybe not right away but within a week. The people that he contracted were very helpful. It was a decent experience, could not say perfect but I was happy with the work that they did. I purchased some things on my own, some of the fixtures for the bathroom. I do not know exactly how much I spent; I paid them a portion of it and then some were deducted because of what I bought myself. I thought their price was reasonable. They seemed to be competitive with other people. They did very good work. Their responsiveness was good. There was one little issue and they corrected it right away. Jim Guarino was very punctual himself. The guys who worked directly with him, were always here when they said. One of the people he contracted was suppose to be here on a certain day and came the next day instead, which was fine.
