Ed responded to my initial phone call within one business day. He met my husband out in our backyard the following evening and gave his expert opinion about which trees we should have removed. It was great to see how confident he was in his suggestions, too. Just by looking at some trees, he could tell they were sick/damaged at were at risk of coming down in a big storm. Ed's quote was also one of the best ones we received. My husband felt confident about moving forward with Ed, and I called back about 2 weeks later to let them know we'd like to move forward. Unfortunately, it took at least 2-3 more weeks before I received a response from Ed's scheduling assistant. When we were finally able to touch base, we set up a time for Ed to come out, and he was there on the day we had discussed. He and his men worked very quickly and finished the job in just a couple of hours. We'd definitely use Ed again if we ever need more trees removed. 

All work was done as we agreed and on schedule. My nearby house wasn't damaged. I was impressed by the skill and competence of the crew.  Satisfactory cleanup was done afterward.

E.C. Tree did exactly what they agreed to do when they agreed to do it.  They were on time and very professional in their work.  When they found that our yard was too soft to move in some of their equipment they found a way to work around this so as to not destroy our lawn.  The trees were huge and extremely heavy.  They removed all the fallen trees and cleaned up the debris generated in felling the trees.
I'd hire them again in a minute if we need more tree work and have recommended them to my neighbors.
