irrigation systems
 + -1 moreIt was a little sloppy, but it was done well. He was supposed to open my sprinkler system, but never came and still sent me a bill. When I informed them that they did not open my system, they made up excuses and was totally wrong. The same thing happened to another person I know. They sent her a bill for services that were not completed.
